We may forward your notice to the user or party who provided the material, and we may remove or disable access to material when appropriate.

3. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] including:

4. Repeat infringement

We may terminate or restrict access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers where the App provides accounts or other access we control, consistent with applicable law and Google Play policies.
