1. Ownership
The App, branding, and original materials published by romajionline.date are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited except as allowed by mandatory law or written permission.
Third-party content (including content you open or process on your device) remains owned by its respective owners. The App does not claim ownership of files that stay only on your device.
2. How to send a copyright notice
If you believe that material available through Tracker Alert & Device Scan or on related web pages infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] that includes all of the following:
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- The exact URL, screen, or other location of the allegedly infringing material, with enough detail for us to find it;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable for email).
We may forward your notice to the user or party who provided the material, and we may remove or disable access to material when appropriate.
Tip: Incomplete notices may delay our response. Include “Copyright complaint — Tracker Alert & Device Scan” in the email subject line.
3. Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] including:
- Your contact details;
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Consent to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts and acceptance of service of process from the complainant;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may restore material when permitted by applicable law and platform rules after reviewing a valid counter-notice.
4. Repeat infringement
We may terminate or restrict access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers where the App provides accounts or other access we control, consistent with applicable law and Google Play policies.
